  • Crew Resource Management (CRM) for Pilots as well as Cabin crew
  • Pilot SEPT
  • Supplementary Training Includes: Train-the-Trainer; Service Excellence, VIP Service Training, Passenger Handling and Interview Skills
Our SECONDARY TRAINING INCLUDES:
  • Crew Resource Management
  • Passenger Handling/Airport Ground Personnel
  • Service Training (Grooming, Personal Hygiene, Make-up and Wine Tasting
  • VIP Service (Table Settings, Etiquette, Flying Protocol)
